Purchase Procedure
MAKIEM ensures the purchased products confirms to the specified requirements of the job.

We purchase goods, raw material, finished components from the approved vendors, who supply quality approved product as per core/specification required. We ensure that the quality control systems are always effective.

MAKIEM purchase orders always content the product requirement type, class, grade as per the specification drawings, process requirements, inspection instructions and other special technical requirements if any.
MAKIEM’s Q.C. Dept. on receipt of purchased products checks the same with specified requirements and co-relates the product with material test certificate of supplier/TPI. Thereafter Q.C. department releases the material for its usage at the shop.

Non-confirming of raw material
MAKIEM's Q.C. Dept., checks the quality on receipt of the material at store and also co-relates the product marking with the mill certificate. Incase of a non-confirming of the whole lot after checking

MAKIEM's Q.C. Dept., checks the quality on receipt of the material at store and also co-relates the product marking with the mill certificate. Incase of a non-confirming of the whole lot after checking of the same be returned to the supplier for a replacement. Incase of non-confirming of part quantity; the materials are stored separately with a reference. After check test and inspection certification the same is being used whenever applicable.

Incase of a non-confirming material during process, a separate form of non-confirming report is being revised and circulated through design and sales dept. to the lenient for its acceptance or with a proposal corrective act.
